BONELESS GOOSE LEG CONFIT BIO (AVAILABLE SOON)
Confit of boneless goose leg in a glass jar (1 complete leg per jar).
Confit is a traditional process from south-west France, often used for preserving goose meat. After seasoning and curing in salt, the leg is cut into pieces and cooked at a low temperature in its own fat, resulting in pink, juicy and tender meat.
TO SERVE
Break the vacuum of the jar by pulling the rubber tab. Heat in a bain-marie with the lid on. Turn out onto a plate or serving dish with the help of a cloth to protect your hand from the heat. Serve with an apple, fig or mango puree, and a potato gratin.
Pair with mature red wines such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Tuscany or Piedmont or with sweet whites such as Gewürztraminer, Sauternes, Jurançon or Monbazillac.
