Terrine made using the best ingredients from organic farming: goose liver and meat, poultry liver, pork, egg, onion, salt and spices.



Before serving, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and then allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. This format of easy-open tin opens at both ends, allowing the product to be pushed out with the help of the lid, extracting all the contents onto a plate. Once removed from the packaging, cut into thick slices. Serve or spread on very thin slices of bread, preferably toasted in the oven.
We suggest serving with gherkins, accompanied by a puree or jam made from apple, fig, mango or red fruit. Pair with sweet white wines such as Gewürztraminer, Sauternes, Jurançon or Monbazillac, dry wines such as Champagne or fortified wines such as Pedro Ximénez, Port or Marsala.
