A well maintained ecosystem helps us to obtain an excellent FoieGras in its right quantities.

 

Our products are the best gift that nature gives us back for adapting our rhythms, volumes and production cycles to the limits that nature puts on us.

 

We appreciate, value and respect the Ecosystem where we have our animals. They are farms that push for local biodiversity. Our farms are observatories, demonstrating that conservation of ecosystems is compatible with extensive (not intensive) exploitation systems.

 

Our world is changing. We do not seek the maximum performance of our farms at any cost and anyway. Because we believe that the countryside, the meadows the ‘dehesa’ are not a factory.

 

We know the product quality is linked to the production methodology. A slow and careful production, with varieties adapted to the land where they grow, do translate into exceptional seasonal products.
